目的：探讨每日唤醒在机械通气患者镇静过程中的临床作用效果。方法将2012年1月-2013年12月入住该院ICU行机械通气需要镇静治疗的50例患者，随机分为实验组和对照组（n=25），实验组实施每日唤醒计划，对照组不实施每日唤醒计划。对比分析两组患者机械通气时间、ICU住院时间和总住院时间，以及镇静时间情况。结果与对照组相比，实验组机械通气时间、ICU住院时间和总住院时间，以及镇静时间均缩短，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论每日唤醒可减少患者机械通气时间和重症监护室停留时间。
목적：탐토매일환성재궤계통기환자진정과정중적림상작용효과。방법장2012년1월-2013년12월입주해원ICU행궤계통기수요진정치료적50례환자，수궤분위실험조화대조조（n=25），실험조실시매일환성계화，대조조불실시매일환성계화。대비분석량조환자궤계통기시간、ICU주원시간화총주원시간，이급진정시간정황。결과여대조조상비，실험조궤계통기시간、ICU주원시간화총주원시간，이급진정시간균축단，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론매일환성가감소환자궤계통기시간화중증감호실정류시간。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of daily awakening on sedation in patients during mechanical ventilation. Methods 50 cases of patients admitted in the ICU of our hospital from January, 2012 to December, 2013 for mechanical ventila-tion and sedative treatment were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 25 cases in each. Daily awak-ening plan was carried out in the experimental group but not in the control group. The duration of mechanical ventilation, length of stay in the ICU, the total hospitalization time and the sedation time of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the duration of mechanical ventilation, length of stay in the ICU, total hospitalization time and sedation time of the experimental group were shorter, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Daily awakening can reduce the duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay time.
