目的：探讨惠州市初生～6个月婴儿排便异常的主要临床特点及发病的相关因素。方法回顾性分析该院门诊儿科258例初生～6个月排便异常婴儿的临床资料。结果临床特点：腹泻156例，便秘90例，其他12例；常见伴发病是婴儿肝炎综合症、生长发育落后、各种营养缺乏性疾病等；发病相关因素：新生儿及3个月以下占总数的75.58%；农村患儿占总数的62.79%，非纯母乳喂养儿占79.69%，肠道及肠道外感染性疾病123例，使用抗生素（婴儿或母亲）84例，婴儿肝炎综合症66例，饮食或喂养不当所致腹泻中牛奶蛋白过敏者32例，所占比例高达82.05%。结论惠州市初生～6个月婴儿排便异常主要表现为腹泻和便秘；低龄、非纯母乳喂养、牛奶蛋白过敏者、婴儿肝炎综合症以及使用抗生素后致肠道菌群紊乱是该组婴儿排便异常的重要相关因素。
目的：探討惠州市初生～6箇月嬰兒排便異常的主要臨床特點及髮病的相關因素。方法迴顧性分析該院門診兒科258例初生～6箇月排便異常嬰兒的臨床資料。結果臨床特點：腹瀉156例，便祕90例，其他12例；常見伴髮病是嬰兒肝炎綜閤癥、生長髮育落後、各種營養缺乏性疾病等；髮病相關因素：新生兒及3箇月以下佔總數的75.58%；農村患兒佔總數的62.79%，非純母乳餵養兒佔79.69%，腸道及腸道外感染性疾病123例，使用抗生素（嬰兒或母親）84例，嬰兒肝炎綜閤癥66例，飲食或餵養不噹所緻腹瀉中牛奶蛋白過敏者32例，所佔比例高達82.05%。結論惠州市初生～6箇月嬰兒排便異常主要錶現為腹瀉和便祕；低齡、非純母乳餵養、牛奶蛋白過敏者、嬰兒肝炎綜閤癥以及使用抗生素後緻腸道菌群紊亂是該組嬰兒排便異常的重要相關因素。

Objective To study the main clinical features of abnormal bowel movements of infants aged 0 to 6 months in Huizhou City and the relevant factors in the pathogenesis. Methods The clinical data of 258 cases of pediatric outpatients in our hospital aged 0 to 6 months with abnormal bowel movements were analyzed retrospectively. Results Clinical features: 156 cases with diar-rhea; 90 cases with constipation; 12 cases with other diseases; common comorbidity includes infantile hepatitis syndrome, growth retardation, various nutritional deficiency diseases. Relevant factors in the pathogenesis: infants aged 0 to 3 months accounted for 75.58% of the total cases; rural children accounted for 62.79% of the total number, non-exclusive breastfeeding for children ac-counted for 79.69%, intestinal and extraintestinal infection disease totaled 123 cases, the use of antibiotics (baby or mother) to-taled 84 cases, infantile hepatitis syndrome totaled 66 cases, improper diet or feeding milk protein allergy diarrhea totaled 32 cas-es, the proportion was as high as 82.05%. Conclusion The main features of abnormal bowel movements of infants aged 0 to 6 months in Huizhou City include diarrhea and constipation; the important relevant factors of the abnormal bowel movements of this group of infants are set out as follows: young, non-exclusive breastfeeding, milk protein allergy, infant hepatitis syndrome and in-testinal group disorder caused by use of antibiotics.
