目的：探讨家庭化产房的产时服务模式的临床效果。方法选取该院收治的460例正常单胎足月分娩的初产妇，随机均分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用传统的产时服务模式，观察组采用家庭化产房的产时服务模式。比较两组产妇分娩方式、母婴并发症发生率和满意度的差异。结果观察组正常产率显著高于对照组（P<0.05），助产率和剖宫产率均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组产后出血、胎儿窘迫和新生儿窒息等母婴并发症发生率均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组产妇满意度显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论家庭化产房的产时服务模式可有效提高自然分娩率和产妇满意度，减少母婴并发症，有利于提高产科质量。
목적：탐토가정화산방적산시복무모식적림상효과。방법선취해원수치적460례정상단태족월분면적초산부，수궤균분위대조조화관찰조，대조조채용전통적산시복무모식，관찰조채용가정화산방적산시복무모식。비교량조산부분면방식、모영병발증발생솔화만의도적차이。결과관찰조정상산솔현저고우대조조（P<0.05），조산솔화부궁산솔균현저저우대조조（P<0.05）；관찰조산후출혈、태인군박화신생인질식등모영병발증발생솔균현저저우대조조（P<0.05）；관찰조산부만의도현저고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론가정화산방적산시복무모식가유효제고자연분면솔화산부만의도，감소모영병발증，유리우제고산과질량。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of intrapartum service model for the family of delivery room. Methods 460 primipara with normal delivery of full-term singleton admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group equally. The control group was given traditional intrapartum service model, while the observation group was given intrapartum service model for the family of delivery room. The delivery mode, the incidence of complications of mother and child, and satisfaction rate of two groups were compared. Results The normal productive rate of the observation group was sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), the delivery rate and cesarean section rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidences of postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress, neonatal as-phyxia and other maternal and child complications were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The maternal satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Intrapartum service model for the family of delivery room can effectively improve natural birth rate and maternal satisfaction rate, reduce the maternal and neonatal complications, and help to improve obstetric quality.
