目的：研究老年下肢骨科手术患者选择不同麻醉方法的临床治疗情况。方法随机选择70例老年下肢手术患者，根据抽签法平均分成对照组和观察组，分别采用硬膜外麻醉和腰硬联合麻醉进行临床手术，并统计、比较和分析两组患者的临床手术麻醉效果。结果观察组在麻醉见效时间、用药剂量、阻滞完善时间、Bromage 评分以及临床麻醉效果方法均明显优于对照组患者，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对老年下肢骨科手术患者采用腰硬联合麻醉，其麻醉效果更佳，是一种理想、有效、安全的临床手术麻醉方法。

목적：연구노년하지골과수술환자선택불동마취방법적림상치료정황。방법수궤선택70례노년하지수술환자，근거추첨법평균분성대조조화관찰조，분별채용경막외마취화요경연합마취진행림상수술，병통계、비교화분석량조환자적림상수술마취효과。결과관찰조재마취견효시간、용약제량、조체완선시간、Bromage 평분이급림상마취효과방법균명현우우대조조환자，조간비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대노년하지골과수술환자채용요경연합마취，기마취효과경가，시일충이상、유효、안전적림상수술마취방법。
Objective To study the selection of different anesthesia for clinical treatment of elderly patients with lower limb ortho-pedic surgery. Methods 70 cases of elderly patients with lower limb surgery were randomly selected, and equally divided into the control group and the observation group according to the draw method, treated with epidural anesthesia and combined spinal epidural anesthesia, respectively, for clinical surgery. The anesthesia effect of clinical operation of the two groups of patients was counted, compared and analyzed. Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in the aspects of response time, dosage, complete block time, Bromage score and effect of clinical anesthesia method with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with lower limb surgery, the anesthetic effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia is better;it is an ideal, effective, and safe anesthesia method for clinical operation.
