As the world’s economic developing, the service has become a major kind of adding value method. To get a clear understanding of how the service adding the value for the organization, this paper will choose a service organization to analysis the service operating and the Service Alignment. Furthermore, to analysis the above two sectors to get the clear service concept of the organization. To get a clear view of the service concept of an organization, I will choose the Sunderland Royal Hospital as the researching object of my assignment.
