随着经济的不断发展，当前我国的建筑正逐渐向高层发展。本文对高层建筑施工技术管理存在的问题进行了分析，并且提出了加强施工技术管理水平和质量不断提升的策略，以期在新时代背景下，促进超高层建筑施工质量得以体现。

With the continuous development of economy, Ch-inese current construction is developing gradually to the hig-h-rise buildings. This article analyzes the existing problems in the high-rise building construction technology management, and put forward the strategies to strengthen the management level of construction technology and improvement of quality, in order to promote the high-rise building construction quality under the background of new era.
