本文以我公司建设安置小区外墙渗漏通病防治取得较为满意且成功的工程实例，对小区交付使用作者走访所在物业后进行了工作总结，详述了本小区在建设过程中倍受同行关注的一些做法。安置保障房涉及民生、民心，是全社会各界“聚焦”之所在。因此，作者将此成功的实例经验和举措奉献诸位同行共飨。

Based on the satisfactory and successful project case of leakage prevention in the external wall of reset lement areas that our company builds, this paper summarizes the work that place in operation after visiting the property and describes some practices that peers pay high at ention in the construction process in detail. Reset lement housing is related to people's livelihood, and the"Focus"of the whole society. So, the author shares the successful instance experience and measures with peers.
