Metrological management is the foundation mana-gement content of the city water-supply companies. It is wo-rthy for us to think how to handle people's livelihood measure-ment issues, and at the same time, how to achieve win-win effect in both economic returns and social effects of water supply measurement. Combined with work practice, this paper analyzes water abnormal problems, and puts forward the eff-ective solution.
