This paper based on the analysis of common pr-oblems in urban drainage planning, clarifies the necessity of that drainage planning must be coordinated with Regional flo-od control, vertical, water supply and the surrounding plan-ning, and puts forward the idea of arrangement of rain sewage water pipe network planning, and draws up immediate plan of drainage scientifical y.
