This article bases on the imitating of the core co-ncept connotation of "Equivalence between Urban and Rural Areas"in Germany and combines with the current the develo-pment demand and policy background of Chinese rural to put forward the development path of adapting to Chinese national conditions and promoting the healthy development of urban-r-ural integration rural.
