基于西北半干旱地区城市或傍山依河、或依交通要道等的城市布局特点,在水资源作为主导限制因子的条件下,老城区城市用地紧张,绿色空间较少,城市基础设施多以灰色基础设施为主,城市生态环境问题日益成为制约城市经济社会发展的限制因素。解决这些城市问题切实可行的办法,就是在城市新区建设时,以绿色基础设施作为先行,以绿色基础设施理论作为城市绿地建设的生态途径指导。
基于西北半榦旱地區城市或傍山依河、或依交通要道等的城市佈跼特點,在水資源作為主導限製因子的條件下,老城區城市用地緊張,綠色空間較少,城市基礎設施多以灰色基礎設施為主,城市生態環境問題日益成為製約城市經濟社會髮展的限製因素。解決這些城市問題切實可行的辦法,就是在城市新區建設時,以綠色基礎設施作為先行,以綠色基礎設施理論作為城市綠地建設的生態途徑指導。

Based on the city layout characteristics of sem-i-arid northwest city or mountain in accordance with the river, or in accordance with traffic arteries, under the dominant factor limiting conditions of water, the urban land of old city is tension with less green space. The urban infrastructure is given priority to with gray infrastructure, and the urban ecological environment problem has become a limiting factor restricting the development of urban economy and society. The feasible methods to solve these city problems are taking the green infrastructure as the first and the green infrastructure theory as a ecological way guide for urban green space construction in the new city construction.
