New urbanization is the urbanization with essential features of urban-rural development balance, urban-rural inte-gration, production and city’s interaction, saving and intensive, ecological and livable and developing harmoniously. With it, cities, smal towns and new- type rural communities develop harmoniously and promote each others. It wil play a crucial role in urban and rural integration to complete the township central planning.
