With the convergence of the economic, social, cu-ltural, it is obvious that the Guanzhong residential form city as similar phenomenon and serious lacks of expression of the re-gional culture characteristics. This paper aimed at the problem analyzed the using rule of materials of the Guanzhong residen-ce in order to awaken people to the attention of the residential performance of regional cultural features.
