The huge energy consumption of high-rise building has no longer adapts to the development of green energy-sav-ing buildings. After analyzing the energy consumption of buil-ding electrical systems, this article elaborates the target object of building energy efficiency management, summarizes Chine-se building electrical energy saving design technology system in recent years, and further promotes the building electrical en-ergy saving ideas and technology.
