溪洛渡水垫塘首次排干后发现塘内存在大量磨损和冲坑，结合前期运行期间和排干阶段巡查发现结构缝变形明显，为保证后续运行安全稳定，决定对结构缝进行化学灌浆表面封闭处理，对磨损和冲坑进行回填处理。

계락도수점당수차배간후발현당내존재대량마손화충갱，결합전기운행기간화배간계단순사발현결구봉변형명현，위보증후속운행안전은정，결정대결구봉진행화학관장표면봉폐처리，대마손화충갱진행회전처리。
