在目前的房屋建筑施工中，经常由于多方原因，导致房屋建筑施工出现渗漏等问题。这不仅严重影响了房屋建筑物功能的发挥，也降低了房屋建筑的使用寿命。笔者结合自身经验，简单分析了房屋建筑施工中的渗漏施工技术。

In the present housing construction, due to various reasons, leakage problems in the building construction are occur, which not only seriously affects the function of buil-dings, but also reduces the service life of the building. This article combines with his experience to simply analysis of the leakage construction technology in building construction.
