With the continuous economic development, peop-le's requirement on living environment becomes more and more high, the rise of real estate development and modern construction industry promoted the growing prosperity of the housing decoration industry to some extent. However, there are some problems. Base on this, the article briefly describes the existing problems in building decoration construction manage-ment process and improvement countermeasures.
