近年来，全国建筑随着时代的进步而不断更新，施工的技术也在不断创新，工民建工程的管理已经成为整个建筑工程的工作基础。笔者就当今工民建工程施工管理的特点及其存在的问题作了简要阐述，并提出了相应的解决措施。

In recent years, the national construction constantly updated along with the progress of the Times and the const-ruction technology is also in constant innovation. The manage-ement of civil engineering project has become the basis work in the whole construction project. The author elaborates the characters the existing problems of modern civil engineering construction management, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
