在我国推进城市化进程的背景下，“城中村”的改造工作日趋重要，但改造过程也产生了一些问题，对城市发展建设起到阻碍作用，需加强重视并采取有效措施解决。本文结合我国国情，对“城中村”改造的困境进行分析，据此提出未来出路。

Under the background of urbanization in our cou-ntry, the renovation of "Urban Vilage" is becoming more and more important, but the transformation process also produces some problems, to hinder the role of city development and co-nstruction, needs to strengthen the atention and take effective measures to solve. In this paper, combined with China's nat-ional conditions, the dilemma of "Urban Vilage" reconstruc-tion is analyzed, and gives the outlet of future.
