Taking the system theory perspective, combined with the three social division theory, this paper constructs the dynamic system of Chinese modern city living region evolu-tion. And it analyzes the evolution of modern city residential district Chinese, summarizes the action mode and mechanism of dynamical systems in the course of its evolution.
