The industrial development is the motive power to promote the urban development, and the industrial developm-ent space layout is the basic platform of urban industrial development. This article takes the planning construction of Science and Technology Park in Guiyang city as an example and puts forward some suggestions of the industrial develop-ment space layout planning how to embody "strategic, openn-ess, integration and implementation" and so on.
