This paper analyzes the present situation and cha-nge of the land change survey of land and resources working, puts forward the new work process, combined with the pra-ctical problems encountered in the survey of land use change, clears land change flow field survey and the construction of database information system, strengthening the construction of talent team, improvingthe technical standards and the working mechanism.
