According to the relevant provisions of the state and the specification requirements of closed pound construct-ion technology, the tailings pound must first finish the program of danger release and reinforcement when closed the pound. This article bases on this and combines with engineering exa-mples to carry on the further research and discussion of the tailings pound design.
