With the further improvement of road network de-nsity, which make the road across the railway times growing and bring many dificulties to the project management of the contractors. This article takes the Huang Qi highway cross the WanGan railway as an example, introduces the construction procedure of highway across the railway to provide reference for the building, construction and supervision units.
