本文针对车行道上井盖的弊端，提出了从设计源头上避免井盖出现在机动车道上的优化思路。对管线灵活巧妙的布局，打破了传统的“横平竖直”的管线布置形式，设计实施效果良好。

Aims at the disadvantages of manhole cover on the roadway, this article puts forward the optimizing ideas from the design sources to avoid manhole covers in the motorway, clever layout the flexible pipeline, break the traditional pipe-line layout of "horizontal flat vertical” with good design imp-lementation effect.
