The construction project cost management, as a very important part of construction management, relates to the whole project process and the overal quality, and affects the enterprise the management benefit at the same time. But there stil have some management problems and difficulties to be solved, this article focus on the cost management difficulties to research and analysis and put forward countermeasures.
