This article base on the construction engineering measurement technology, which include two aspects of engin-eering survey technology and influence factor, and then elabo-rates the theory technology and basic methods of measuring construction. The author explains the lofting laid method of a building pilar and high standard control technology in detail, and further discusses the computer application of construction engineering surveying in the end.
