Nowadays, many construction site management of civil engineering project do not reach the designated position, and many problems stil exist. Therefore, this article starts from some problems in the process of the construction site ma-nagement, and then put forward the corresponding solutions to solve these problems aiming to make a litle contribution to the development of construction industry in China.
