目前高职顶岗实习评价体系中缺乏对创新能力的有效考核。对此本文基于TRIZ和相关管理学理论实施了针对性措施,包括开展有效的创新培训、划分创新能力等级、落实创新考核载体。最后给出了顶岗实习创新能力考核的指标和考核实例。

Vocational students post practice appraisal mechanism is difficult to assess their innovation capability. According to the TRIZ innovative design theory and management theory, some appropriate measures have been taken in order to construct the apprasial system which can assess innovation capability scientificly.
