信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养特色在于其综合性和应用性。对于全面提高学生的素质，培养满足现代化信息社会需要具有创新意识和实践能力强的复合型人才来说，实践教学有着极其重要的意义。本文以理工类院校为例，通过分析信管专业实践教学现状，提出了以建立稳定且高质量实习基地，实现产、学、研的有机结合来拉动实践教学开展的改革策略，以期望对信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养和就业起到一定的推动作用。

Information management and information systems professional talent training is characterized by comprehension and application. To improve the quality of students, cultivate compound talents with innovative consciousness and practice ability to meet the needs of the modern information society, practice teaching has very important significance. Taking institutes of science and technology for example, through the analysis of the current situation of information management practice teaching, this article puts forward to establish a stable and high quality practice base to realize the combination of production, study and research to teaching practice to carry out the strategy of reform, in hope of being helpful for information management and information systems professional talent training and employment.
