In recent years, the security situation of construction enterprise is grim, so the security management urgently needs transformation. Based on the SWOT analysis of internal capacity and external factors for safety management, this paper elaborated the change of security management strategy of construction enterprise: from the past assault-style safety inspection to prevention-oriented identification, management and control of hazard source.
