China's small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the national economy,while the financing difficulty is one of the main obstacles for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. In terms of this, this paper studies the new measures on the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises based on the internal and external financing environment of small and medium-sized enterprises in recent years.
