The human-based management sets the potential development of human as the most important management task, sets "person" as the core resources of the hotel, and becomes more and more important. Implementing the human-based management ideas, can contribute to improve the hotel internal cohesion, and to enhance the core competitiveness of the hotel. This paper focuses on the discussion of these available for hotel industry to think and learn international experiences in China.
