采用文献法，调查法，观察法，对河南大学各院系排球业余训练队进行调查研究，并针对老队员进行系统的认识，研究表明，对于老队员赛前、赛中和赛后的训练管理，存在着较大的漏洞。并针对日常训练，赛场指导等方面的问题，提出了相应的建议。
채용문헌법，조사법，관찰법，대하남대학각원계배구업여훈련대진행조사연구，병침대로대원진행계통적인식，연구표명，대우로대원새전、새중화새후적훈련관리，존재착교대적루동。병침대일상훈련，새장지도등방면적문제，제출료상응적건의。
By using literature, survey and observation method, this paper conduct survey and research on the amateur volleyball training team in schools of Henan University and makes systematic understanding for the old players. The study shows, there are big loopholes in the training management of the old players before, during and after the game. For the problems of daily training, game guidance and other aspects, this paper made recommendations accordingly.
