本文分析比较了几种评价方法的优缺点并结合新建工业项目方案决策的特点,提出了一种基于层次分析的评价方法,从影响工程建设和后续生产的经济因素、技术因素、社会因素、环境因素四个方面构建了评价指标体系,将该方法在焦作市某制药企业新建项目方案决策中进行了验证,结果表明了该方法的有效性。
本文分析比較瞭幾種評價方法的優缺點併結閤新建工業項目方案決策的特點,提齣瞭一種基于層次分析的評價方法,從影響工程建設和後續生產的經濟因素、技術因素、社會因素、環境因素四箇方麵構建瞭評價指標體繫,將該方法在焦作市某製藥企業新建項目方案決策中進行瞭驗證,結果錶明瞭該方法的有效性。

This paper analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of evaluation methods and proposes a new evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy combined with plan decision of new industrial projects, establishes evaluation index system from four areas of economic, technical, social and environmental factors that affecting the construction and subsequent production. The method was validated in plan decision of new industrial projects of a pharmaceutical company in Jiaozuo, and the results show the effectiveness of this method.
