探究曲马多联合芬太尼在骨科术中镇痛疗效观察。方法资料选自在该院骨科行手术治疗患者64例，随机分成两组，每组32例，予以曲马多作对照组，予以曲马多联合芬太尼作研究组，分析两组不同时间内的镇痛效果和不良反应情况。结果研究组各时间点VAS镇痛效果均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；且研究组多汗、恶心等不良反应的发生均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论骨科手术中予以曲马多与芬太尼联合麻醉镇痛，成效显著，有一定临床价值。
탐구곡마다연합분태니재골과술중진통료효관찰。방법자료선자재해원골과행수술치료환자64례，수궤분성량조，매조32례，여이곡마다작대조조，여이곡마다연합분태니작연구조，분석량조불동시간내적진통효과화불량반응정황。결과연구조각시간점VAS진통효과균우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；차연구조다한、악심등불량반응적발생균소우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론골과수술중여이곡마다여분태니연합마취진통，성효현저，유일정림상개치。
Objective To explore the analgesic efficacy of tramadol combined with fentanyl in orthopedic surgery. Methods The data of 64 patients underwent orthopedic surgical treatment from June, 2012 to June, 2013 in our hospital were selected, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each. The control group was given tramadol, and the study group was given tramadol combined with fentanyl. The analgesic effect and adverse reactions of two groups at different times were ana-lyzed. Results The VAS analgesic effect of the study group at each time point was better than that of the control group, the differ-ences were statistically significant (P<0.05); and the incidence of complications such as hidrosis, nausea and so on was less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The analgesic effect of tramadol combined with fentanyl applied to orthopedic surgery is remarkable, and has certain clinical value.
