探讨米非司酮配伍新生化片治疗胎盘残留的可行性及可靠性。方法将符合条件的患者随机分成两组：观察组50例，米非司酮50 mg口服1次/12 h，共6次，配伍新生化片12片/d，分3次服用,服用5 d；对照组50例产后生化汤1剂/d，分2次服用，服用5d。对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组与对照组相比，完全排除例数、阴道出血干净时间、清宫率差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论米非司酮配伍新生化片帮助产后宫内残留排出，减少产后清宫和晚期产后出血的发生，减轻了病人的痛苦，疗效肯定，值得临床推广应用。
탐토미비사동배오신생화편치료태반잔류적가행성급가고성。방법장부합조건적환자수궤분성량조：관찰조50례，미비사동50 mg구복1차/12 h，공6차，배오신생화편12편/d，분3차복용,복용5 d；대조조50례산후생화탕1제/d，분2차복용，복용5d。대량조적치료효과진행비교。결과관찰조여대조조상비，완전배제례수、음도출혈간정시간、청궁솔차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론미비사동배오신생화편방조산후궁내잔류배출，감소산후청궁화만기산후출혈적발생，감경료병인적통고，료효긍정，치득림상추엄응용。
To explore the feasibility and reliability of mifepristone combined with new biochemical tablets in the treat-ment of residual placenta. Methods The eligible patients were randomly divided into two groups:50 cases in the observation group were given oral administration of mifepristone 50mg 1/12h, for a total of 6 times, compatibility of oral administration of new bio-chemical tablets 12 tablets / day, divided into 3 doses, for 5d; 50 cases in the control group were given postpartum biochemical soup, 1 doze which divided into 2 halves one day, for 5d. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The differences in totally excluded cases, vaginal bleeding time and the rate of curettage between the observation group and the control group were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone and new biochemical tablets can help discharge postpartum intrauterine residue, reduce the incidence of postpartum curettage and late postpartum hemorrhage, relieve the pain of the patients with definite curative effect, which are worthy of clinical application.
