探讨研究不同炮制方式对中药质量的影响。方法:选取常见清热药材黄芩为研究对象,用高效液相色谱法检测炮制前后黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素、总黄酮的含量。结果:不同浸泡时间、炮制温度和介质对黄芩有效成分含量的影响比较明显,最适浸泡时间为30h,最适炮制温度为50℃,水是较好的炮制介质,能够高效保留中药有效成分。结论:选择合适的加工炮制方法对中药有效成分的保持尤为重要,能够提高药材质量和临床药效。

탐토연구불동포제방식대중약질량적영향。방법:선취상견청열약재황금위연구대상,용고효액상색보법검측포제전후황금감、황금소、한황금소、총황동적함량。결과:불동침포시간、포제온도화개질대황금유효성분함량적영향비교명현,최괄침포시간위30h,최괄포제온도위50℃,수시교호적포제개질,능구고효보류중약유효성분。결론:선택합괄적가공포제방법대중약유효성분적보지우위중요,능구제고약재질량화림상약효。
To investigate the effects of different processing methods for the study of medicine quality. Methods: Common heat herbs skulcap as the research object, detected by HPLC before and after processing baicalin, baicalein, wogonin, total flavonoids. Results: soaking time, temperature and media influence concocted skulcap active ingredient content of the more obvious, the optimum soaking time was 30h, concocted optimum temperature is 50 ℃ , the water is better cooked medium, the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine can be efficiently retained. Conclusion: Select the appropriate processing methods and processing remain particularly active ingredients of Chinese medicine can improve the quality of medicine and clinical efficacy.
