分析探讨重型颅脑损伤患者并发高血糖症的原因及可采取的临床护理措施。方法：对我科2011年6月至2013年6月收治的75例重型颅脑损伤患者并发高血糖症的原因进行总结分析，并对我们所采取的临床治疗护理措施进行回顾性归纳总结。结果：对患者的血糖进行严密观察和检测，分析重型颅脑损伤并发高血糖症发生的可能机制，密切关注患者病情的发展，认真细致的护理可预防和减轻高血糖症的发生。结论：对重型颅脑损伤后高血糖患者严格动态监控血糖，及时采取护理干预措施，能降低血糖水平，减轻脑细胞损害，降低死亡率，提高救护质量，对改善病人的预后有极其重要的作用。

to analyze the causes of patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated by hyperglycemia and the clinical nursing measures. Methods: the I division in June 2011 to June 2013 treated 75 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated by hyperglycemia summarized the reason of analysis, and to our clinical nursing measures were retrospectively summarized. Results: the blood sugar of patients were closely observed and detected, the analysis of the possible mechanisms of severe craniocerebral injury complicated by hyperglycemia, pay close attention to the development of the patients, careful and meticulous nursing care can prevent and reduce the occurrence of hyperglycemia. Conclusions: the hyperglycemia after severe craniocerebral injury patients with strict dynamic monitoring blood sugar, take timely nursing intervention measures, can reduce blood sugar levels, reduce brain damage, reduce mortality and improve the quality of care, has an important role for improving the prognosis of patients.
