优质实用的中小学多媒体教育资源应该是有利于实施素质教育，体现新课改精神的资源。充分利用多媒体技术信息量大，知识面广，画面形象生动，学生亲自动手操作的优势，与课堂教学优势互补，构建一个“图文声像并茂”的立体化多媒体教学模式，帮助教师进行优质的多媒体教学活动，全面提升学生对课程的理解。立体化多媒体教学模式有利于改变枯燥呆板、教学手段单一的传统教学模式；有利于促进学生进行自主、合作、探究式学习；充分体现“以人为本，培养身心俱健”的全人教育思想。

High quality and practical multimedia resources of primary and secondary schools education should be conducive to the implementation of quality- oriented education,embody the spirit of the new curriculum reform. Tak-ing full advantage of multimedia technology,including large amount of information,large scope of knowledge,vivid screen,students personally practice,which mutually complement with the classroom teaching,can build a“graphic au-dio- visual”and three- dimensional multimedia teaching mode,help teachers do high- quality multimedia teaching ac-tivities,and enhance students' overall understanding of the curriculum. Three- dimensional multimedia teaching mode is in favor of changing the traditional mode which is unimaginative and boring with a single teaching means;helping stu-dents' autonomy,cooperation,inquiry- based learning;and fully reflect the education spirit of“people- oriented,physi-cally and mentally healthy development”.
