探讨非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术围手术期护理方法。方法对50例非体外循环下行冠状动脉搭桥患者，术前加强心理护理、控制血压、合理氧疗、呼吸功能训练、备选血管的护理等措施，术后加强患者心血管系统和呼吸系统的监测、血管活性药物应用、引流管护理、血糖监测、维持电解质平衡等措施。结果50例患者中切口感染6例，并发快速型房颤5例，经药物治疗好转。除2例死亡外，其余患者均痊愈出院，无护理并发症。结论冠状动脉搭桥术风险大，细心、细致、周到的护理是保证手术成功的关键。
探討非體外循環下冠狀動脈搭橋術圍手術期護理方法。方法對50例非體外循環下行冠狀動脈搭橋患者，術前加彊心理護理、控製血壓、閤理氧療、呼吸功能訓練、備選血管的護理等措施，術後加彊患者心血管繫統和呼吸繫統的鑑測、血管活性藥物應用、引流管護理、血糖鑑測、維持電解質平衡等措施。結果50例患者中切口感染6例，併髮快速型房顫5例，經藥物治療好轉。除2例死亡外，其餘患者均痊愈齣院，無護理併髮癥。結論冠狀動脈搭橋術風險大，細心、細緻、週到的護理是保證手術成功的關鍵。
탐토비체외순배하관상동맥탑교술위수술기호리방법。방법대50례비체외순배하행관상동맥탑교환자，술전가강심리호리、공제혈압、합리양료、호흡공능훈련、비선혈관적호리등조시，술후가강환자심혈관계통화호흡계통적감측、혈관활성약물응용、인류관호리、혈당감측、유지전해질평형등조시。결과50례환자중절구감염6례，병발쾌속형방전5례，경약물치료호전。제2례사망외，기여환자균전유출원，무호리병발증。결론관상동맥탑교술풍험대，세심、세치、주도적호리시보증수술성공적관건。
Objective To summarize the experience of nursing patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods Fifity patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting were nursed by preoperative measures including metal nursing, blood pressure management, oxygen therapy, training of respiratory function, nursing of prepared bloods and postoperative ones including monitoring of cardiovascular and respiratory systems, medication of vasoactive agents, nursing of drainage tubes, monitoring of blood sugar and sustaining of electrolyte balance.Results Among the 50 cases, 6 had infections of incisional wound and 5 had the complication of rapid atrial fibrillation, all improved after medication. All other patients were cured and discharged except two deaths. No nursing-related complications occurred.Conclusion The off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting is highly risky and perioperative delicate nursing is critical for the success of the operation.
