With the increasing complication of airborne electronic equipments,the lightweight research is exigent due to the limitation of airborne space resource. The lightweight research in the process of airborne electronic equipment development is discussed in the aspects of system top-design,overall-layout,hardware design and new materials,which has a certain guiding significance for lightweight of the current engineering projects.
