本文对实习生在分娩室实习，应从以下两方面入手：选择优秀的带教老师和重视基本技能培训。为毕业后较快的适应临床工作的需要，打下坚实的基础，使他们成为既具有一定的理论知识，又有较强的实践能力的使用型人才。

본문대실습생재분면실실습，응종이하량방면입수：선택우수적대교로사화중시기본기능배훈。위필업후교쾌적괄응림상공작적수요，타하견실적기출，사타문성위기구유일정적이론지식，우유교강적실천능력적사용형인재。
This paper thinks that the practice of trainee in the delivery room should be developed from the following aspects:selection of excellent teachers and paying attention to basic skills training.Practice should lay a solid foundation in order to meet the needs of clinical work faster after graduation,so that they become the use of talents with certain theoretical knowledge and strong practical ability.
