目的：探究对重型脑出血患者的临床急救护理措施和应用效果。方法：2011-2013年收治重型脑出血患者86例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，归纳对重型脑出血患者的急救、护理措施。结果：本次研究有74例脑出血患者顺利抢救，抢救成功率86.0%。结论：对重型脑出血患者除了及时有效的临床急救，临床观察和精心的护理也具有重要临床应用价值，可提高患者抢救成功率和降低伤残、死亡率。

목적：탐구대중형뇌출혈환자적림상급구호리조시화응용효과。방법：2011-2013년수치중형뇌출혈환자86례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석，귀납대중형뇌출혈환자적급구、호리조시。결과：본차연구유74례뇌출혈환자순리창구，창구성공솔86.0%。결론：대중형뇌출혈환자제료급시유효적림상급구，림상관찰화정심적호리야구유중요림상응용개치，가제고환자창구성공솔화강저상잔、사망솔。
Objective:To explore clinical emergency nursing measures and application effect of patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:86 cases with severe cerebral hemorrhage were selected from 2011 to 2013.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The emergency and nursing measures of patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage were summarized. Results:In this study,74 cases with severe cerebral hemorrhage were successfully rescued.The rescue success rate was 86% . Conclusion:In addition to the timely and effective clinical emergency,clinical observation and careful nursing care have important clinical application value for patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.It can improve the rescue success rate of patients, and reduce disability and mortality.
