目的：为了贯彻国家基本公共卫生服务项目政策，促进基本公共卫生服务逐步均等化的落实，进一步做好老年人健康服务工作，提高老年人健康水平和生活质量。方法：比较2012-2014年65岁及以上老年人体检率、规范化管理率，分析提高老年人健康管理工作的方法与对策。结果：老年人的体检率分别是53%、65%、85%，规范管理率分别是12%、25%、54%。随着我院工作方式的改进，体检率与规范管理率逐年呈上升趋势。结论：政府支持、广泛宣传、群众支持、加强业务人员培训、改进工作方式，才能提高老年人管理工作的水平。

목적：위료관철국가기본공공위생복무항목정책，촉진기본공공위생복무축보균등화적락실，진일보주호노년인건강복무공작，제고노년인건강수평화생활질량。방법：비교2012-2014년65세급이상노년인체검솔、규범화관리솔，분석제고노년인건강관리공작적방법여대책。결과：노년인적체검솔분별시53%、65%、85%，규범관리솔분별시12%、25%、54%。수착아원공작방식적개진，체검솔여규범관리솔축년정상승추세。결론：정부지지、엄범선전、군음지지、가강업무인원배훈、개진공작방식，재능제고노년인관리공작적수평。
Objective:In order to implement the national basic public health services policy,promote the gradual equalization of basic public health service implementation,further improve the health service of the elderly,improve the health level and life quality of the elderly.Methods:We compared the examination rate and the standardized management rate of elderly people aged 65 from 2012 to 2014 and above,and analyzed the methods to improve the health management of the elderly and countermeasures.Results:The elderly physical examination rate respectively was 53% ,65% ,85% ,standardizing the management rate was 12% ,25% ,54% .With the improvement of our work style,the physical examination rate and standardized management rate were rising year by year.Conclusion:Government support,the extensive publicity,public support,strengthening personnel training,improving the working methods can improve the management level of the elderly.
