目的：分析溶血标本对肝功能检验结果准确性的影响。方法：2012年12月-2013年12月收集体检者49例，所有患者血液样本平均分为两组，研究组样本为溶血样本，对照组样本为未溶血样本，分析两组样本肝功能检验结果。结果：研究组标本肝功能 ALP、DBIL、TBIL、γ-GT 检验结果低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；TP、ALB、AST、ALT检验结果高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：溶血标本对肝功能检验结果的准确性具有重要影响，在临床血样标本检验中避免发生溶血现象具有重要研究价值。
목적：분석용혈표본대간공능검험결과준학성적영향。방법：2012년12월-2013년12월수집체검자49례，소유환자혈액양본평균분위량조，연구조양본위용혈양본，대조조양본위미용혈양본，분석량조양본간공능검험결과。결과：연구조표본간공능 ALP、DBIL、TBIL、γ-GT 검험결과저우대조조，비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；TP、ALB、AST、ALT검험결과고우대조조，비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：용혈표본대간공능검험결과적준학성구유중요영향，재림상혈양표본검험중피면발생용혈현상구유중요연구개치。
Objective:To analyze the influence of hemolysis samples on the liver function test result accuracy.Methods:49 cases of physical examination persons were selected from December 2012 to December 2013.Blood samples of all patients were divided into two groups.The samples of the study group were the hemolysis samples.The samples of the control group were non hemolysis samples.The liver function test results of two groups samples were analyzed.Results: The ALP、DBIL、TBIL、γ-GT of liver function test results of samples in the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).TP、 ALB、 AST、 ALT of test results were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hemolysis samples have significant influence on the liver function test result accuracy.In the clinical blood samples test,it has important research value on avoiding hemolysis phenomenon.
