目的：探讨在脑梗死患者中应用舒血宁注射液进行治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法：2011年10月-2013年10月收治脑梗死患者65例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(35例)，对照组实施常规基础治疗，观察组在对照组基础上施加舒血宁注射液治疗。结果：观察组临床总有效率94.44%，对照组临床总有效率73.33%，两组之间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗期间两组无一例患者出现严重不适。结论：为脑梗死患者提供舒血宁注射液治疗，可以取得更为理想的疗效，并且安全可靠，是今后医院单位提高本病治疗水平的关键，建议临床加强普及。

목적：탐토재뇌경사환자중응용서혈저주사액진행치료적림상효과급안전성。방법：2011년10월-2013년10월수치뇌경사환자65례，안조수궤수자표법분위대조조(30례)화관찰조(35례)，대조조실시상규기출치료，관찰조재대조조기출상시가서혈저주사액치료。결과：관찰조림상총유효솔94.44%，대조조림상총유효솔73.33%，량조지간차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。치료기간량조무일례환자출현엄중불괄。결론：위뇌경사환자제공서혈저주사액치료，가이취득경위이상적료효，병차안전가고，시금후의원단위제고본병치료수평적관건，건의림상가강보급。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Shu Xue Ning Injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods:65 cases with cerebral infarction were selected from October 2011 to October 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases) and the observation group(35 cases).The control group received the routine treatment.The observation group received Shu Xue Ning Injection treatmen on the basis of the control group.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%;the total clinical effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.The difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no case of the two groups had severe discomfort. Conclusion:We take Shu Xue Ning Injection to treat the cerebral infarction.It can achieve more ideal effect,and it is safety and reliability.It is the key to improve the treatment level of this disease for the hospital unit in the future.So we suggest strengthening the popularization in clinical.
