目的：对产后母婴同室与非母婴同室的泌乳情况进行分析。方法：2012年5月-2013年5月选取母婴同室产妇30例与非母婴同室产妇30例，对其泌乳状况进行分析。结果：母婴同室的产妇初次泌乳平均时间(7.12±1.64)h，泌乳频率(3.71±2.03)次/d，而非母婴同室产妇的初次泌乳平均时间(23.25±2.11)h，泌乳频率(2.06±1.16)次/日。母婴同室的产妇乳汁充足24例(80%)，乳汁分泌不足仅2例(6.67%)，无乳汁分泌0例；非母婴同室产妇乳汁充足仅16例(53.33%)，乳汁不足以及无乳汁分泌10例(33.3%)。结论：母婴同室的产妇泌乳时间要早于非母婴同室的产妇，且有利于增进母子间的感情。
목적：대산후모영동실여비모영동실적비유정황진행분석。방법：2012년5월-2013년5월선취모영동실산부30례여비모영동실산부30례，대기비유상황진행분석。결과：모영동실적산부초차비유평균시간(7.12±1.64)h，비유빈솔(3.71±2.03)차/d，이비모영동실산부적초차비유평균시간(23.25±2.11)h，비유빈솔(2.06±1.16)차/일。모영동실적산부유즙충족24례(80%)，유즙분비불족부2례(6.67%)，무유즙분비0례；비모영동실산부유즙충족부16례(53.33%)，유즙불족이급무유즙분비10례(33.3%)。결론：모영동실적산부비유시간요조우비모영동실적산부，차유리우증진모자간적감정。
Objective:To analyze the lactation situation of postpartum rooming-in and non rooming-in.Methods:30 cases of rooming-in maternals and 30 cases of non rooming-in maternals were selected from May 2012 to May 2013.The lactation situation was analyzed and discussed.Results:The first lactation average time of rooming-in maternals was (7.12±1.64) hours;the lactation frequency was (3.71±2.03) times one day.The first lactation average time of non rooming-in maternals was (23.25±2.11) hours;the lactation frequency was (2.06±1.16) times one day.In the comparison of breast milk production,24 cases(80%) had enough breast milk in rooming-in maternals;only 2 cases(6.67%) had not enough breast milk;0 case had no breast milk secretion.Only 16 cases(53.33%) had enough breast milk in non rooming-in maternals;10 cases(33.3%) had not enough breast milk and no breast milk secretion.Conclusion:The lactation time of rooming-in maternals is earlier than that of the non rooming-in maternal.It will help to enhance the feelings between mother and child.
