目的：探讨曲美他嗪治疗老年缺血性心肌病的临床疗效。方法：2008-2013年收治缺血性心肌病老年患者92例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各46例，所有患者均先采用常规基础治疗，观察组在此基础上联用曲美他嗪治疗。结果：两组病情均有一定程度的改善，观察组显效22例，有效18例，无效6例，有效率86.96%。对照组显效19例，有效16例，无效11例，有效率76.09%。结论：在治疗老年缺血性心肌病时，在常规治疗的基础上，联用曲美他嗪以进一步改善治疗老年缺血性心肌病的效果较为显著，对患者病情的改善疗效肯定。

목적：탐토곡미타진치료노년결혈성심기병적림상료효。방법：2008-2013년수치결혈성심기병노년환자92례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각46례，소유환자균선채용상규기출치료，관찰조재차기출상련용곡미타진치료。결과：량조병정균유일정정도적개선，관찰조현효22례，유효18례，무효6례，유효솔86.96%。대조조현효19례，유효16례，무효11례，유효솔76.09%。결론：재치료노년결혈성심기병시，재상규치료적기출상，련용곡미타진이진일보개선치료노년결혈성심기병적효과교위현저，대환자병정적개선료효긍정。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine in the treatment of elderly patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods:92 cases with ischemic cardiomyopathy were selected from 2008 to 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 46 cases in each.All cases were first with conventional treatment.The observation group were given trimetazidine based on the control group.Results:In the observation group,22 cases were markedly effective;18 cases were effective;6 cases were invalid;the efficiency rate was 86.96%.In the control group,19 cases were markedly effective;16 cases were effective;11 cases were invalid;the efficiency rate was 76.09% .Conclusion:In the treatment of senile ischemic cardiomyopathy,on the basis of conventional therapy,the effect of combined with trimetazidine to further improve the treatment of aged patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy is obviously,and it can improve the curative effect of the patient's condition.
