目的：探讨负压引流联合特定电磁波置在防治腹部切口脂肪液化中的作用。方法：收治具有脂肪液化高危因素的腹部手术患者20例作试验组，关腹时在筋膜浅面及皮下脂肪深面间置1次性吸痰器作为负压引流管持续负压引流，每天2次特定电磁波理疗。收治同期手术的具有同样高危因素的腹部手术患者20例作对照组，手术切口常规缝合，常规换药。观察两组切口脂肪液化及愈合情况。结果：对照组脂肪液化发生率高于观察组，切口愈合时间及住院时间长于观察组(P＜0.05)。结论：负压引流联合特定电磁波置防治腹部切口脂肪液化效果明显，简单易用。
목적：탐토부압인류연합특정전자파치재방치복부절구지방액화중적작용。방법：수치구유지방액화고위인소적복부수술환자20례작시험조，관복시재근막천면급피하지방심면간치1차성흡담기작위부압인류관지속부압인류，매천2차특정전자파리료。수치동기수술적구유동양고위인소적복부수술환자20례작대조조，수술절구상규봉합，상규환약。관찰량조절구지방액화급유합정황。결과：대조조지방액화발생솔고우관찰조，절구유합시간급주원시간장우관찰조(P＜0.05)。결론：부압인류연합특정전자파치방치복부절구지방액화효과명현，간단역용。
Objective:To explore the effect of negative pressure drainage combined with specific electromagnetic wave in the prevention and treatment of postoperative abdominal fat liquefaction.Methods:20 abdominal operation patients with high risk factors for fat liquefaction of abdominal incision were selected as the treatment group.A negative pressure drainage tube was inserted between the anterior rectus sheath and subcutaneous fat as a suction drain at incision closure,as the continuous negative pressure,2 times a day with specific electromagnetic wave therapy.Another 20 cases in our hospital with the same high risk factors were enrolled in the control group simultaneously.They received a conventional incision closure without the drain.The incidence of fat liquefaction and healing time of abdominal incision were observed.Results:The fat liquefaction in the control group was higher than that in the observation group;the wound healing time and hospitalization time were longer than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect for the negative pressure drainage combined with specific electromagnetic wave in the prevention and treatment of abdominal incision fat liquefaction is obvious,simple and easy to use.
